When Kate was on her healing journey, she refused to settle. She didn’t want to spend her life married to a daily routine, managing and treating her symptoms with check-lists and to-dos. She wanted a permanently re-wire her mind and move past labels like “fragile,” “traumatized,” and “broken.”

Through years of research coupled with her own experience, she found a way.

SomaNeuro Alignment is a root cause approach Kate developed that combines advanced body-based movements with subconscious rewiring techniques and guided self-exploration. It works by creating and strengthening neural pathways through both body and subconscious mind that hardwire safety into our present internal state, so that our nervous system heals in a permanent way.

SomaNeuro Alignment allows our clients to move on, to stop identifying with “healing” and start identifying with “growing.” It expands our window of tolerance permanently, so that we not only know how to handle stress more effectively, but we actually reduce the frequency of stress overall.

SomaNeuro Alignment has had a 100% success rate to date.
