Sara Slusarski

Sara Slusarski is an experienced HR professional who has worked in various roles in the human resources field. Currently, Sara is an HR Advisor and ASO Coordinator at AlignHR, where Sara provides support to clients on a range of HR functions. Additionally, Sara serves as the Board Chair at the Montrose Recreation Foundation, leading a team focused on expanding recreational opportunities in the community. Prior to this, Sara held HR roles at Community Kids Christian Preschool, Inova Health System, Hilton Washington Embassy Row, and The Watergate Hotel. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant and Resort Management from Colorado State University.
