Odelya Arnold is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and go-to-market strategy within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at AlignICP since July 2025, Odelya previously held the position of VP, GTM Strategy, ABM & Revenue Enablement at Cloud Software Group, where a global GTM strategy was built to enhance revenue growth and customer engagement across a $3B+ business. Prior experience at Citrix from 2003 to 2023 included roles such as Chief Operating Officer for Customer Success, managing strategy and operations for a 2,300-person global team supporting $1B in SaaS ARR. Through various leadership positions, Odelya has driven significant transformations, operational excellence, and revenue growth, complemented by a strong educational foundation from The Wharton School and Tulane University.
