Todd MacAluso

Todd Macaluso has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Todd currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Alignment Health, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at UnitedHealth Group from 2007 to 2023, where they held the position of Vice President Sales from August 2016 to June 2023. Before that, they were a Sales Director responsible for individual Medicare product sales and member acquisition in the Orange County sales market from April 2012 to August 2016. Todd also worked as an Agent Manager at UnitedHealth Group from November 2007 to April 2012.

Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Todd Macaluso worked at Ramshaw Enterprises Inc. as a Health and Life Insurance Specialist from January 2007 to November 2007. Prior to that, they were a Financial Advisor at MassMutual Financial Group from June 2005 to January 2007. Additionally, they served as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from January 2003 to June 2005.

Todd Macaluso obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San Diego State University. Todd attended the university from 1997 to 2001. Before attending San Diego State University, Todd Macaluso completed their high school education at Mt. Carmel High School, where they did not receive a degree or specialized in any field of study. Their time at Mt. Carmel High School was from 1993 to 1997.
