Patrick Devlin is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resource Business Partners at Alignment Health. With extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, they have successfully facilitated significant organizational growth, taking companies from small teams to large-scale operations. Previously, Patrick held executive HR roles at WellCare, Evolent Health, and Alere, where they executed talent acquisition strategies and organizational transformations across the healthcare and technology sectors.
