Alignment Realty Capital is a real estate investment company that directly acquires  commercial properties in Arizona and Nevada.  Our primary focus is small-bay industrial properties (10,000 to 100,00 SF) and industrial outdoor storage ("IOS") sites.  We own and will continue to acquire select retail and office properties.  Alignment can cater to complex needs of sale-leaseback acquisitions and other M&A situations involving real estate.

We create long-term relationships with our tenants, brokers, sellers, and investment partners that are grounded in a fundamental alignment of interests. Alongside meaningful investments in each deal from Alignment's principals, we capitalize our transactions with a combination of high-net-worth, family office, and institutional equity.
