Lisa Geller

Lisa Geller is a senior consultant at AlignOrg. Lisa previously worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from July 2011 to May 2019, where they were vice president of business development planning and integration. In this role, they were responsible for leading teams responsible for a new ERP solution and re-launched lowes.ca, managing the M&A Integration playbook and process for the acquisitions of RONA, Maintenance Supply Headquarters/Central Wholesalers, and providing oversight to the Lowe’s Canada PMO for project selection and governance.

Geller led the RONA acquisition integration process, including selection of internal and external support, and alignment to integration principles and frameworks. Lisa provided oversight to the project teams, and coaching and support to President and CEO of Lowe’s Canada. Integration achieved its 3-year objectives.

Geller also led the Product Management team for the Lowe’s Canada ERP development and re-launch of lowes.ca, including the capture of ~5,100 business requirements, planning of work into epics and stories, and developing a workplan to deliver in agile sprints over an 18-month period. Functionality enables the wind-down of 3rd party supported lowes.ca site, and therefore includes procure-to-pay for online exclusive products, order-to-cash and flexible fulfilment for parcel, BOPIS and delivery, price & promotion management, product information management, payment, tax, GL, and contact center case management.

Lisa Geller has an MBA in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Lisa also has a certification from the Certification program for Organization Design Professionals (CODP) as a Certified Organization Design Professional.

They are on a team with Kreig Smith - Founder, Senior Consultant, Detrice Batten - Project Manager, and Keily Breeden - Consultant. Lisa Geller reports to Ken Thompson, CEO.
