Craig Niesen is currently the Director of Information Security at AlignRx, a position held since November 2025. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Niesen previously served as Vice President of Systems & Security at Pharmacy First from May 2008 to November 2025, where expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity was developed. Niesen's foundational career includes roles such as Director, Systems & Security, and Systems & Security Manager at Pharmacy First, as well as earlier positions at Weather Metrics, Inc., and Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems. In addition to a robust technology career, Niesen is also the Owner and Photographer at Craig Niesen Photography, showcasing a passion for capturing authentic moments.
