Michele L. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and business partnership. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at AlignRx since December 2022, Michele previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at DAWSON from August 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Jay Lewis Farms from March 2012 to November 2019, where Michele managed staff implementation for a fast-growing startup and built the HR and Finance team. Additionally, Michele has expertise as a Payroll Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Zeus from August 2001 to March 2012, overseeing HR functions at multiple facilities. Academically, Michele holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Management from California Coast University.
