Roz White, M.Ed., CPhT, possesses extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and operations management within the pharmacy industry. Currently serving in a Contract Compliance role at AlignRx since April 2023, Roz previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at AlignRx and Arete Pharmacy Network. Previous roles include leadership positions in human resources, finance, and compliance at Arete Pharmacy Network and American Associated Druggists, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed operations, third-party audits, and managed care contracts. Roz holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts in Human Relations and Counseling from Northern Arizona University, a CPhT Certification from Phoenix College, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business/Accounting from Glendale Community College.
