Aaron Copeland

Aaron Copeland is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alignstaffing, a leader in education staffing since October 1998, specializing in the recruitment of clinical, administrative, and ancillary staff to meet unique client needs. Additionally, Aaron serves as Founder and Managing Partner of The Connections Therapy Center, established in January 2009, which focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services for children with special needs. Aaron Copeland holds an Executive Program degree in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University.
