Andy Lam

Andy Lam has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andy is currently the Founder of CodeMoat AI, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of AlikeAudience from 2015 onwards. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Tradition from 2010 to 2014 and at Cainsoft Limited from 2008 to 2010. Andy also gained experience as an Actuarial Intern at Fortis Bank from 2007 to 2008.

Andy Lam has a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computing from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Andy has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Designing a 4 Day Work Week," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Creating a Product-Centric Organization," "Interviewing Techniques," "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader," "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)," "Human Resources Foundations," "Become a Chief of Staff," "Growth Marketing Foundations," "Product Management: Customer Development," "Branding Foundations," "Business Innovation Foundations," and "Marketing Foundations: Value Proposition Development." These certifications were obtained between May 2022 and November 2022.
