Pam Esther

Pam Esther is a dedicated chef who currently serves as the head cook at ALIMA, a humanitarian medical organization, where they have been working since 2022 to provide nutritious meals during multiple missions in Africa. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Strategic Studies from Federal University Dutsinma, which enhances their understanding of the cultural contexts of the communities they serve. Additionally, Pam continues to develop their culinary skills as a food service worker at The Wills Cuisine. Passionate about cooking, Pam finds fulfillment in serving those in need.
