Christopher Kaye

Christopher Kaye has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing. Christopher started their career as a manufacturing projects engineer at GEC Marconi Radar and Defense in 1994 and later moved on to become an Operations Director at Smiths Medical in 1997. At Smiths Medical, they held various roles including Director of Operations, Director of Operations Transformation, and Director of Manufacturing Integration. Christopher was responsible for implementing an Oracle ERP system, designing and implementing a Lean manufacturing program, and reducing manufacturing overhead and inventory. In 2015, they joined Brooks Automation as the Director of Operations before becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations at AliMed in 2016.

Christopher Kaye has a strong background in education. Christopher obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology at Loughborough University, attending the program from 1992 to 1993. Building upon their expertise, Christopher Kaye then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Henley Business School, graduating between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI MassBay Chapter in March 2015.
