Matias Pinto is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Alimentosideal in Guatemala. They bring multicultural, geographical, and industry experience with leadership roles across the Americas, including Managing Director at Corporación Multi Inversiones in the Dominican Republic (2017–2021) and Regional Commercial Director in Guatemala (2017–2021). They previously held leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark, including General Manager in the Dominican Republic (2002–2011) and roles in Puerto Rico as Down the trade Director (2004–2005) and General Manager, as well as the positions of Country Manager and CRM regional Director. Earlier in their career, they worked at Unilever in Argentina (1995–1996) as B2B K.A Manager and B2B Sales Supervisor. They earned an MBA from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios (2000–2001).
