Emma Head has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Alimera Sciences since May 2015, following a role as Human Resources Manager in the same region. Prior to Alimera Sciences, Emma worked at Capgemini for a decade as HR Engagement Manager and UK Diversity Lead, and earlier at Sun Microsystems as HR Manager. Emma holds a CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management from Farnborough College of Technology, completed between 1999 and 2003.
