Jon Bray

Jon Bray has over two decades of experience leading complex transformational change across various industries. They began their career as a Configuration Manager at Carbolite, later progressing to roles such as Local Business Assistant at Barclays and Senior Manager at Accenture. They have held interim positions as Programme Manager for Mortgage Migrations at The Co-operative Bank plc and Technology Programme Lead at Yorkshire Building Society Group, among others. Currently, Jon serves as the Director at Alirity, leveraging their extensive background in programme management and delivery leadership. Jon holds an MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
