Mark George

Mark George has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Architect at Aliro since January 2022. Prior to this, Mark worked at Aliro as the CTO from September 2016 to February 2022. Before joining Aliro, they held the position of Senior Director, Architecture and Operations at BMC Software from November 2000 to April 2016. Mark also worked at Kintetsu World Express as an Application Architect in 1996, Fritz Companies as a Network Manager from 1994 to 1996, and Unisys as a Consultant from 1993 to 1994. Mark began their career at Unisys as an Intern from 1988 to 1990.

Mark George began their education at Asheville School, where they attended from 1983 to 1986. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991. Mark then furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Central University between 1990 and 1993. In 2009, they obtained an ITIL Master Qualification from Pink Elephant.
