With over 22 years of experience in change management, Annick focuses on human-centered approaches, stakeholder engagement, and aligning business objectives with practical realities. They have previously held significant roles in various organizations, including CSSS de Rimouski-Neigette and CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches, where they led projects aimed at optimizing payroll systems and integrating human resource processes. Annick has also pursued extensive education, including a Baccalauréat in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski and various certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
