Joel C. serves as the Senior Director for the Oracle Practice at Alithya, leading the Oracle Commercial Industry team for North America since May 2024. With over 30 years of experience in Oracle and Microsoft technologies, expertise encompasses ERP, EPM, consulting, training, and transformation services. Prior to joining Alithya, Joel held various leadership roles at Oracle, including Managing Director of North America Applications Consulting and Regional Manager for Healthcare Cloud Applications, achieving significant revenue growth and strategic outcomes. Joel has also worked at Taleo, International Decision Systems, Concur Technologies, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and IBM, focusing on sales management and business development in the technology sector. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from North Carolina State University.
