Patrick Lewis

Patrick Lewis has a strong background in the technology industry, particularly in the areas of business outcomes and customer relationship management (CRM). Patrick began their career at Ascentium in 2003, where they played a key role in building the CRM Practice division into a multi-million dollar division before it was sold. In 2011, they joined Alithya as the Director of Business Outcomes, where they continue to lead various initiatives and programs related to business outcomes and technology implementation.

Patrick Lewis has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Baltimore, which they obtained from 1985 to 1986. In 2016, they completed a course in Leadership and Management from the altMBA. Patrick also has several additional certifications including the "Go POPM!" certification from Alithya in 2020, the "Premiere Pro for Self-Taught Editors" certification from LinkedIn in 2020, the "Prosci Advanced Immersion Workshop" certification from Prosci in 2019, the "Prosci Certified Change Practitioner" certification also from Prosci in 2019, and the "Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis" certification from lynda.com in 2014.
