Shirley Downing

Shirley Downing is a Communications Technology Administrator and Help Desk Analyst at Alithya, where employment commenced in August 2022. Prior to this, Shirley gained extensive experience at Vitalyst from November 2010 to August 2022, serving in multiple roles including Performance Leader, Employee Engagement Manager, Interim Performance Leader, Technical Lead, and Productivity Consultant. Shirley earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in General Studies from Lorain County Community College between 2005 and 2012.
