Yannick Ménard

Yannick Ménard has extensive work experience in web development and Drupal. Yannick is currently working at Alithya as the Web Practice Director and PHP/Drupal Tech Lead. Yannick'sresponsibilities include leading the web development and integration team, conducting estimates and technical documentation, analyzing market trends, managing timesheets and team onboarding, and building relationships with clients. Prior to their current role, Yannick held positions at R3D, ImageX, CGI, Elisys, Triple-Y, TM design, Le Groupe CDGI inc., and IBM Canada Ltd. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in PHP, Drupal, React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, MySQL, Git, SOAP, REST, Docker, and Agile methodology. Yannick has experience in application architecture, backend development, team management, mentoring, and client communication.

Yannick Ménard attended Cégep de Sherbrooke from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Graphic Design. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they studied Architecture at Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including "Blockchain Basics" from LinkedIn in 2020, "Acquia Certified Developer" in 2018, and language fluency certifications in Portuguese and Spanish from Duolingo in 2015. Yannick has also completed courses in "Assembling Sass" and "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School in 2015.
