OJSC “Alivaria Brewery” was created based on order #50 of Ministry of National Estate Management and Privatization on the 1st of March 1994 by reorganization the state enterprise Brewery “Belarus” to JSC “Alivaria Brewery” in compliance with the Law of Republic of Belarus “About Joint-Stock Companies, Limited Liability Companies and Double Liability Companies”, cited acts and national estate privatization.
