Alive. – Where Movement Meets Meaning

At Alive., we’re redefining what it means to move, connect, and thrive. More than just a fitness studio, we are a community-driven wellness hub offering Heated and Non-Heated Pilates, Barre, and Yoga classes designed to challenge, uplift, and inspire. From our powerful Hot Power Vinyasa to the deeply restorative Feel Good Flow, every class is built with intention—to help you not just move, but move better.

We believe that fitness is more than physical—it's mental, emotional, and deeply personal. Our tiered class system allows you to progress at your own pace:

Foundations for mastering the basics

Flow & Build for levelling up strength and endurance

Power Classes for those ready to push the limits

But Alive. goes beyond the studio. Through our Corporate Wellness Programs, we partner with businesses to create healthier, happier workplaces with Enneagram Training, Live Fitness Events, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Coaching Workshops.

We’re not just a brand—we’re real people, passionate about creating spaces where you feel seen, safe, and supported. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to elevate your practice, we’re here to meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to go.

This isn’t just fitness. This is Alive.
