Alive Chiropractic helps people across Waukesha County take charge of their health and live fully alive—while also helping local organizations build healthier, more resilient teams.

Based in Elm Grove, WI and founded in 2018 by Dr. Robert Fugiel, DC, our practice specializes in Torque Release Technique—a precise, low-force, evidence-informed approach centered on the nervous system, which governs how the body manages stress, recovers, and performs.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For our patients, that means care built around real goals: relief from chronic tension, recovery from injury, support for kids' development, or simply investing in long-term wellness. We emphasize education and prevention, so you leave understanding your own health—not just relying on a quick fix. Families, professionals, and active individuals all find a welcoming home here.

🏢For employers, that same philosophy becomes a practical way to support your workforce upstream, before desk work, repetitive strain, and chronic stress take their toll. We partner with Waukesha County organizations through:

Lunch-and-learn sessions — practical, engaging education on posture, ergonomics, stress, and nervous system health
On-site wellness events — posture screenings and health fair participation

Whether you're an individual ready to feel better or an employer looking to invest in your team, let's connect!
