Ashley Tryban

Ashley Tryban is an experienced professional in health and wellness operations with a strong background in management and education. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Coaching Operations at AliveCor since August 2021, Ashley previously held multiple roles at Verizon from February 2011 to August 2021, including Manager of HR-Health and Wellness for the East Area and HR-Health & Wellness Coordinator. Ashley also contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver, focusing on health coaching curriculum development. Ashley holds a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master's in Applied Nutrition from the University of Arizona, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Physical Education from the University of South Florida.
