Ehsan Muhammad Ali has a history of working in the IT industry. In 2019, they worked as an Information Technology Support Officer at The Resource Management BPO, where they were responsible for Windows OS support, upgrading, and new OS installation, as well as printer support and management of network printers. In 2020, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at Medina Dairy, where they were responsible for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting of systems and servers/clusters, as well as administration of SAP B1 and HANA. In 2021, they worked as a Network Engineer (Lead to DevOps) at Arcana Info, where they were responsible for working in the JAZZ data center to monitor and manage DR side Network, as well as experience in migrating physical Linux/Windows servers to cloud (AWS) and maintaining user accounts (IAM), RDS, Route 53, SES and SNS services in AWS cloud. Currently, they are working as a DevOps Engineer at Alivia Analytics since 2022.

Ehsan Muhammad Ali has a Master in Information and Technology from Superior College (2017-2019) in the field of Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, Ali has obtained several certifications, including a Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in March 2020, an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2022, an HCIP (R&S) from Huawei in October 2021, and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) from Ciscom in January 2021.
