Peter B.

Peter B. started their work experience in 2008 as a Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Services Representative at Planto Roe Financial Services. Peter was responsible for managing investable assets and insurance policies for clients. In 2009, they joined 2Wire as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they trained and led a team of agents in resolving technology-related issues and handled escalated customer service problems.

In 2011, Peter joined Chaucers Restaurant Group as a Manager at Large. Peter implemented strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Peter also managed inventory, equipment, and performed closing activities.

Peter then worked at HealthFitness from 2012 to 2015, first as a Requirements Analyst and later as an Operations Support Analyst. Peter was responsible for maintaining datasets, launching projects, implementing process changes, and developing applications to improve efficiency. Peter received commendations for their exceptional support and was promoted into IT Operations.

From 2016 to 2017, Peter worked at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. as a Product Analysis & Analytics role. Peter built models, developed processes to reduce expenses, and provided analysis and recommendations to improve market saturation.

Most recently, Peter joined AlixaRx in 2017 as a Financial Systems professional. Peter utilized Microsoft BI applications to develop custom functions and reports, optimized legacy code, and created a cashflow workstation. Peter partnered with senior accountants to meet requirements and deliver accurate reporting for financial analysis.

Peter B. holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Peter also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution. Prior to that, Peter earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Texas State University. Peter also holds another Bachelor's degree from Texas State University, majoring in Public Administration.

Additionally, Peter B. has obtained several certifications related to scuba diving. In 2007, they received the Assistant Instructor and Dive Master certifications from NAUI Worldwide. In the same year, they obtained the Advanced Scuba Rescue certification from the same institution. In 2006, they achieved the Master Diver certification from NAUI Worldwide. Finally, in 1997, they obtained the Advanced Open Water certification from PADI, and in 1996, they received the Junior Open Water certification, also from PADI.
