Andreas is the local market leader for our German operations. He has worked in executive functions, interim roles, as a management consultant and investor mainly in the technology space. As a consultant, he plans, manages, reviews and turns around large technology-driven business transformation programs. Andreas works for large corporations as well as for family or private equity-owned companies who want to radically reduce costs, automate and improve their businesses by leveraging IT and digital technologies. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andreas was an investor and partner at a venture capital firm and served in various interim and executive (board) roles at IT, Internet, e-commerce and high-tech companies. Before he was a partner and head of the European IT practice at Booz & Co.
