David Barnes is a strategist and entrepreneur dedicated to blending people, process, and technology to drive digital transformation. They co-founded Heretik, an AI company focused on enhancing legal contract reviewing, where they served as Chief Architect until its acquisition by Relativity. Prior to their work at Heretik, David was a Senior Software Engineer at BookedOut, contributing to its successful exit in 2016, and spent time at kCura LLC developing key software solutions. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Purdue University and actively pursues new skills in various disciplines. Currently, they serve as Senior Vice President at AlixPartners.
