Eric Hamann

Eric Hamann is a seasoned professional in corporate development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners since December 2021, Eric also holds the position of Managing Director, Digital M&A. Previously, Eric was the Global President of Corporate Development at Real Chemistry from September 2020 to December 2021. Eric's career at ICF spanned from August 2005 to September 2020, where roles included Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director, and Manager in Corporate Development. Prior to ICF, Eric worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Pacific Western Bank and as an Associate Consultant at Capital Performance Group. Eric's career began at ConAgra Foods as a Financial Analyst and Intern in Corporate Planning & Development. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Creighton University.
