Jonathan Lay

Jonathan Lay is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and financial analysis. Currently serving as Director in the Partnership Matters Office at AlixPartners since June 2009, Jonathan has previously held significant roles such as Senior Financial Analyst at AGT Crunch Acquisition LLC, where responsibilities included developing finance functions and managing a 5-year strategic planning process for a large fitness corporation. Jonathan's background also includes serving as a Finance Manager at Mitchell Madison Group LLC, where a Finance/Accounting Department was created and directed, and gaining early experience as a Financial Analyst Co-Op at Paychex Inc., supporting substantial budget processes. Additionally, as Chief Development Officer for the Kappa Delta Rho Foundation, Jonathan led executive and fundraising initiatives for a non-profit organization. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BArch in Architecture from Syracuse University.
