Meng Chen

Meng Chen has extensive consulting experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting as a Senior Associate in Management Consulting at PwC from October 2014 to September 2018, Meng focused on corporate and operational strategy for retail and consumer companies across multiple markets, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Following this, Meng served as a Senior Consultant at Porsche Consulting from September 2018 to August 2019, with a focus on operational strategy, strategic sourcing, operational excellence, and strategic planning. Meng then worked at Alvarez & Marsal as an Associate from September 2019 to December 2020, specializing in operational due diligence and portfolio management for private equity firms. Currently, Meng holds the position of Vice President at AlixPartners since December 2020, continuing to build on a strong foundation in operational and strategic consulting.
