Sofia Schreier has extensive experience in business development and hospitality management. From January 2006 to the present, Sofia has been with AlixPartners GmbH as a Business Development & Lead Idea Generation professional. Prior to this, Sofia held various positions at ApaxPartners Beteiligungsberatung from January 2003 to December 2005 and served as Reservations Manager at ArabellaSheraton Hotel & Towers between 1994 and 1998. Sofia's career in hospitality began at Hilton Munich City, where roles included Senior Supervisor Front Office, Shiftleader, Management Training, and Assistant Front Office Manager from 1990 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachillerato from Instituto María Montessori in Venezuela, a Diplôme Supérieur d'Etudes Francaises from Université des Sciences Humaines de Strasbourg, a Deutsches Abitur from Zentralkolleg Universität Hamburg, and a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures en Hôtellerie et Restauration from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
