Loukas Rantzos

Loukas Rantzos is an accomplished Data Engineer at Aliz, a Google Cloud partner specializing in Big Data and Machine Learning, since December 2021. Prior to this role, Loukas Rantzos served in various leadership positions within AIESEC from October 2016 to October 2020, including Event Coordinator for YouthSpeak Forum, Human Resources Project Manager, and Country Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development, where significant improvements in engagement and experience for over 100 members were achieved. Additional roles included Human Resources Analytics Team Leader and Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Volunteers, and Sales & Operations Coordinator, all of which contributed to substantial operational successes and recognitions. Loukas Rantzos also held a Human Resources Intern position at Talent Logistics, focusing on organizational restructuring and recruitment initiatives. Loukas Rantzos holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, completed in 2023.
