Enes Avdagić

Enes Avdagić is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales excellence and organizational change management. Currently serving as Senior Global Sales Excellence Manager at ALK, Enes has successfully led the implementation of a CRM tool across 22 affiliates and drives behavioral change to adopt a digital multichannel platform. Previously, Enes founded 'BiH Akademici u DK,' a networking group for professionals from Bosnia-Hercegovina in Denmark, and has held key sales positions at Safe Online and BCD Travel. Enes's background also includes strategic project management roles at Würth Danmark and STARK GROUP, as well as business consulting for startups. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Business and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark.
