Jens Peter Brixensen

Jens Peter Brixensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jens Peter began their career in 2006 as an HR Legal Advisor at GEUS before moving on to become the Head of Section at the Danish Defence Personnel Organization from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Attorney at Danske Erhverv, where they provided legal counsel on labor law and negotiated collective agreements.

In 2012, Brixensen joined Novo Nordisk as a Legal Advisor, where they worked on individual employment law and management counseling. Jens Peter later took on the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for R&D and corporate staff functions. Brixensen led numerous projects in People Operations during their time at Novo Nordisk.

In 2020, Brixensen transitioned to FLSmidth as an EVP Human Resources Business Partner, subsequently becoming the Head of HR Business Partnering - Director. In these roles, they were responsible for HR business partnering and driving people and organizational development. Brixensen also played a crucial role in change management processes, talent management, leadership development, and ensuring alignment between corporate and local HR activities.

Brixensen's most recent work experience is as the HR Director DK at ALK, starting in 2023.

Jens Peter Brixensen attended Aarhus University from 1999 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Jura. Jens Peter also obtained a Certification from HOGAN and gained expertise as a Proceskonsulent through Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser. Jens Peter Brixensen holds a Certification from Insights and completed the course "Introduction to Social Psychology" on edX. Jens Peter took a single course on HR Leadership and development (HD(O)) at Copenhagen Business School. Jens Peter Brixensen is an Attorney, having received their degree from Advokatsamfundet. Additionally, they briefly studied at the University of Valencia in 2004 and is a Reserveofficer from the Royal Danish Defence College.
