Nicholas Smith

Nicholas Smith is an Associate Scientist at Alkahest, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Gladstone Institutes from August 2021 to December 2022. Nicholas's research journey began as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where tenure lasted from August 2016 to July 2021, following work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota from June 2015 to August 2016. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical and Translational Science from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences (2016-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of North Dakota (2011-2016).
