Brian R. Smith

Brian Smith is a Managing Director at S3 Ventures, the largest venture firm focused on Texas, where they invest in business technology, healthcare technology, and digital experience companies. With extensive experience on various boards, Brian served on the Board of Directors for Kimbia, Acessa Health Inc., and Gravitant, among others, contributing to the growth of each company, several of which were successfully acquired. Brian holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and the University of Cincinnati, respectively, and has been involved in the venture capital space since 2005.
