Dan Milgrom is a results-driven and customer-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Dan served as Chief Customer Officer at Amperity from 2022 to 2023, where responsibilities included building and scaling customer success initiatives. Prior to that, Dan held multiple senior positions at SAP Concur, including Vice President of Global Services, where they led client support and customer success functions. Currently, Dan is the Chief Customer Officer at MANTL and has taken on a similar role at Alkami Technology since 2025. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law, earned between 1997 and 2000.
