Julie Pham

Julie Pham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Alkami Technology since July 2021, Julie has progressed from Project Manager to Project Analyst. Prior to that, Julie worked at Service Fusion as a Customer Success Manager and held multiple roles at Surgical Notes from December 2003 to March 2019, including Business Operations Manager, Process Manager, and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. Julie began her career in customer service roles at Lenscrafters and MBNA America, highlighting a strong foundation in customer relations.
