Keith Baxter

Keith Baxter has extensive work experience in procurement and spend management. Keith currently holds the position of Sr Director Procurement at Alkami Technology since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Spend Management & Sourcing at RealPage, Inc. from 2018 onwards.

From 2014 to 2022, Baxter worked at BT Global Services as the Sr. Procurement Manager - US&C where they led a team and managed procurement activities amounting to over £300M.

Before BT Global Services, Baxter held various roles at Dell from 2011 to 2014, including Senior Procurement Manager and Account Support Manager. Their responsibilities included conducting risk analysis, managing supplier contracts, developing SOWs, and identifying cost savings.

Prior to Dell, Baxter worked as the Managing Director at PM&I Consulting in 2010 and had a tenure at Hewlett-Packard from 2005 to 2010 as Sr Purchasing Manager and Sr Project Manager/IT Delivery Manager. At Hewlett-Packard, they managed global teams and oversaw the integration of a large number of employees.

Their career also includes roles at Siemens as a Purchasing Manager, at MindFlow Technologies as Sourcing Director, at EDS as a Managing Consultant, Purchasing Practice, and at Procuri as a Senior Account Manager. Throughout these positions, Baxter demonstrated their expertise in purchasing, sourcing, and project management, achieving notable successes such as significant cost savings and process improvements.

Keith Baxter, CPSM has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science in Tax Accounting (MSA) from the University of North Texas. In 2014, Keith obtained the CPSM certification from the Institute for Supply Management.
