Kent Kooy

Kent Kooy is an experienced technical implementation engineer currently working at Alkami Technology since June 2022, where responsibilities include installing, configuring, and customizing the ORB platform while addressing technical issues to ensure client satisfaction. Previously, Kent served as an implementation consultant at Finvi, leading business analysis to understand client requirements and facilitating software configuration. Kent's background also includes a role as a senior deployment engineer at Tyler Technologies, where installation and configuration of software environments were key tasks, as well as extensive experience at New World Systems with direct client engagement and support. Kent began a career in software engineering in 1996, with positions at AT&T Yellow Pages and Rapistan Systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Calvin University.
