Laurie McMaster

Laurie McMaster has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laurie is currently working as a Lead, Client Success Manager I at Alkami Technology since May 2022. Prior to this, Laurie worked at Segmint for almost nine years from November 2013 to June 2022, where they held the position of Senior Client Success Manager - Client Services. In this role, they focused on maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic recommendations and optimization of client goals. Prior to Segmint, Laurie worked at Agency|51 Advertising as an Account Director from September 2004 to November 2013, where they successfully executed integrated marketing campaigns and enhanced clients' social media presence. Before that, they were the Director of Client Services at craver marcom inc. from June 1995 to November 2003, where they played a crucial role in agency start-up and achieved substantial business growth. Laurie also has relevant experience from their time at Zelinko Craver Inc. as an Account Executive, Account Manager, and Manager of Client Services from January 1992 to June 1995, where they drove new business efforts and managed client relations.

Laurie McMaster attended Kent State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Advertising and a minor in Business Management. Laurie graduated with Cum Laude Graduate Honors.
