Reba Balint

Reba Balint is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Alkami Technology, focusing on creating and implementing training materials for onboarding and development. Previously, Reba held instructional design roles at Caliber Collision and Accenture, where responsibilities included developing e-learning modules and training materials for various employee levels and supporting internal projects. Reba's background also includes graphic design positions at Texas Freedom Network, Learning Forte!, Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and Texas Impact, along with freelance illustration work. Reba holds a Master of Divinity in Sacred Design from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Flagler College.
