Tricia Smith

Tricia Smith is a seasoned project manager currently serving at Alkami Technology since January 2025, focusing on public relations and media activities while managing the Core Vendor Relations program. Prior to Alkami, Tricia worked at Engage fi as a project manager from March 2022 to January 2025 and accumulated extensive experience at Jack Henry & Associates between February 2013 and March 2022, where roles included Senior Customer Relationship Manager and Project Management Analyst. Earlier experience included positions at Norton Healthcare, JHA iPay Solutions, and McDonald's. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Berea College, awarded in 2004, and a diploma from Central Hardin High School.
