David Terry

David Terry is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer IT at ALKEGEN and a Senior Systems Engineer at Unifrax I LLC since April 2021, David has extensive knowledge in Domino enterprise environments and Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. Previously at Bureau Veritas from April 2005 to June 2020, David held multiple roles, including Systems Engineer, where main responsibilities involved supporting Exchange and Domino systems across the Americas. David's earlier experiences include positions as an I.T. Helpdesk Technician at HSBC and a Field Technician at JMS Computing, providing comprehensive technical support and end-user training. David holds a degree in Microcomputer Networking Technology from CRI Technical School, obtained in June 2001.
