Brian Ties possesses extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of QC Microbiology at Alkermes since February 2017, Brian oversees a team of 35 employees, focusing on environmental monitoring and various testing processes. Previously, Brian held the position of Director of QC Microbiology at Regeneron, managing a larger team of 65 employees and supporting both CMO and regulatory audits. Earlier roles included Associate Director of QC Microbiology at Regeneron. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
