Christy Wang

Christy Wang is an experienced scientist currently serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at Alkermes since September 2022. Prior to this role, Christy held positions at Zikani Therapeutics from March 2016 to September 2022, advancing from Senior Research Scientist to Principal Scientist, where responsibilities included designing and synthesizing complex ribosome-targeting molecules in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Before Zikani Therapeutics, Christy was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from February 2014 to January 2016, focusing on the development of novel antibody-drug conjugates for cancer therapy. Christy obtained a Ph.D. in Organic Synthesis from The University of Auckland, where a Bachelor's Degree in Organic Synthesis and Medicinal Chemistry was also completed.
